Nicholas Roman Lewis is a writer, fine art photographer, art collector, and cultural commentator exploring art, collecting, travel, creativity, and the pursuit of a more artful life. He is the founder and editor of Have You Considered?, an independent publication where he writes about artists and exhibitions, the art market, collecting, travel, design, and the people, places, and objects that capture his attention.

As a photographer, Lewis creates limited-edition fine art photographs informed by his interest in beauty, place, architecture, and the unexpected moments encountered while traveling. His work is presented through My Editions, the photography program of Have You Considered?

Lewis has spent more than two decades working across the arts, entertainment, and cultural sectors. An entertainment attorney and former literary agent, his career has encompassed theatre, music, film, visual art, and arts programming. For fifteen years, he also held senior leadership roles at the Yale Alumni Association, where his work included international and arts-focused initiatives connecting artists, thinkers, and communities around the world.

His longstanding engagement with contemporary art has included founding the Yale Alumni Art League and developing exhibitions, conversations, and cultural programs in the United States and internationally. He has organized programs connected to Miami Art Week and the Venice Biennale and has worked with artists, collectors, curators, and cultural institutions.

Through Have You Considered?, Lewis brings these interests together through writing, photography, and a highly personal approach to discovery. The publication is built around a simple proposition: that paying closer attention to art, beauty, travel, and the objects and ideas we choose to live with can make life considerably more interesting.
